In here, you’ll learn how to make an easy and simple soda bottle bird feeder for your pet birds and wild ones too.

Bird Food Types

There are many different types of bird food on the market. You can buy bird feed at your local pet store or at most feedlot stores. The number one seed that most birds are attracted to is sunflower seeds. However, there are many other varieties of seed that will attract different types of birds to your backyard or patio.

In most cases, a mixture that contains oats, red millet, or other fillers will not attract any type of bird but it will result in a lot of waste and cleanup. Some of the more popular seed types include safflower, rapeseed, and cracked corn.
